Neutral: Let’s say you’re the head of a major carmaker (congrats!) would you be doubling down on EV development now, or staying true to what works with traditional crossovers?

Technically not, but........ How would you rather mess with 24 year old bolts on a vehicle that lived in Michigan all its life? Yeah, this one’s coming out for any type of major surgery. Block needs checked along with the heads. Yank it, deal with 24 year old rotten bolts on the bench while you rebuild it, and put it…
See you say that but their racing team has won several times now with that twin turbo V6. Plus I’ve heard that 5.2l flat crank V8 has had issues, mostly it revs so high it ends up grenading itself after repeated high revs.
Yeah, I’m sure they have so many regrets about choosing the engine that better suited their aims with the car & powered them to a victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Go back to yelling at a cloud.
This judge thinks so, too. From Reuters:
That unprompted denial... Ya... Me thinks he doth protest too much.
“I love wagons!”
There’s not much now but up until the late 90's pretty much every domestic marque here had at least one mid-size convertible model. Don’t forget, your “full-size” is our “mid-size”. You see the Sebring as being much larger than we do.
No it’s not. The Lancia Thema is a rebadged Chrysler 300, not a Chrysler Sebring.
Funny, I only saw the Saab 900 on the right.
No way man, get out there and coat that car with a soapy ice sheet, then split your head open falling on ice in 8°f weather. That’s what a true enthusiast would do.
In winter, when my hoses will freeze, my buckets will freeze, my power washer will freeze, and my butt will freeze, I will use a car wash to keep my car clean. Stating that I don’t care about my car because I use a car wash is a hideously stupid conclusion to draw.
aftermarket wheels that are of the quality of the oem wheel on the GTR are around $2,000 each or more. And if i remember correctly the oem wheels are forged Rays already.
To add, he’s a former employee because he felt the job was unsafe and was unwilling to sign his life away. I don’t see any issue with the lawsuit.
Maybe I’m getting jaded, but as far as neogawker in general goes this headline’s actually pretty straightforward.
If the brake and rollbar situation are as stated, and he can document his complaint about the wall then I call it legit.
16 hours of labor is a lot to pay for for some people
You try packaging an engine compartment and see where you end up putting parts.
Well, to be fair, the part lasted 24 years and 200k miles before maintenance became an issue. I’m guessing the designers figured it was basically a permanent part that wouldn’t require replacement before the useful life of the vehicle was up. I don’t really think it is unreasonable for the designer to figure he could…
I agree.
