@yochannah: I work with all of my customers on a one-on-one basis (self-employed). All I have to do is give someone my business e-mail address (@bizdomain.com) and I still receive it in my Gmail inbox. Replying from Gmail has never been a problem nor has it ever caused me to lose a client.

I would only use it as a forwarder — to my Gmail address. Hate checking multiple e-mail accounts.
