I've never seen a JPEG that looked like that due to compression. Actually, I've never seen a JPEG that looked like that at all. Looks more like a VHS tracking effect.

The only person I would even be interested in video calling is my girlfriend, which has lived with me for almost 4 years now... In other words, I have no interest in video calling.

Scrabble really screwed up by restricting multiplayer games to Facebook friends... unless they've implemented some new features in the past 6 months. It's been about that long since I gave it the time of day. Words with Friends HD is much better, for my tastes anyway.
