As a teenager I loved it but by the time I hit my twenties I realized what a shitty friend Carrie was; always ditching her friends to meet up with Big or some other annoying guy. And she was so embarrassingly bad with money for someone in their 30's that it was actually offensive.

I don’t think it’s necessarily representative as I bet men are more likely to have far more options for funding, but why would the show not have women on if they have great ideas or innovative, tech products? That’s ridiculous.

This was always going to happen right? The business model is: go into a remote area and sell milk and bread for cheaper than anyone else by 25%. Kill the competition. Once it’s dead, raise prices. Close up shop when the profits drop off.
