Except that because of the Climate Accord meeting at the UN there are various street/avenue/Kane closures causing massive grid lock on east side and leaving plenty of traffic idling even more and adding more to carbon emissions than in a regular day, love irony .

A system where an owner of a property cannot earn sufficient income from the property to properly cover the increases in insurance, taxes, utilities, the cost or repairs of aging structures, etc quickly becomes a system no one wants to invest in.
