I don’t know if I signed up at a different time and have a different type of membership, but with mine I’m not automatically sent the VIP box, but the $50 just posts to my account and I can spend it on whatever I want within the website.

You obviously don’t work for tips. Accepting a tip does not mean you’re condoning inappropriate behavior, and there’s absolutely no legal basis for your idea that doing so functions as an acknowledgment of innocence.
