I find this ironic that at this time residents of a solid red county are crying for more regulations from the government.... 

Dealers and automakers getting fucked by the “high prices, low volume” model can’t come soon enough. We’re already starting to see people keep cars longer than ever. I just hope that the reckoning doesn’t lead to any sort of bailout for these assholes... sorry, I mean “Capitalists.”

I’m not a conspiracy person, and I know that the whole thing is completely ludicrous, but my god it would be cool as shit if it was aliens.

Nope. It’s only a function of size. Specifically volume, and not mass. A vehicle that is 6 cubic m takes exactly twice as many chips as a vehicle that displaces 3 cubic meters.

Especially in engineering - we are constantly being told to cut costs and to “do more with less”. Stupid MBAs at the top probably don’t even know how to change a tire.
