The constitution trumps all laws in the US. The whole point of it is to recognize God given inalienable rights that cannot be stopped by the government. If something is deemed unconstitutional the states can’t do it either.

Reflexively labeling everything the “other” side does as evil is not factually accurate, practical or helpful.

I didn’t vote for Trump, and I think in general he is an awful president, but I challenge you to find a single article posted here that praises a single thing he’s done or said.
