The stupidity of this comment is breathtaking. You are a truly amazing species of moron. Holy fuck.

If it doesn’t pass because of sheer force of the people’s will, it’s also disgusting because it wasn’t the bigotry in race or class that wasn’t enough to splinter the party, it was because s- got expensive.
My brother, his wife, and their newborn baby are on Medicaid, and my brother is a Trump supporter. He’s high school educated, has never lived outside of his town, and has a limited understanding of politics outside of the horrible Facebook groups he’s in (which convince him that he’s poor because of immigrants or…
And the most disgusting part? This bill still has high chances of passing because the Republicans want to win. If it doesn’t pass because of sheer force of the people’s will, it’s also disgusting because it wasn’t the bigotry in race or class that wasn’t enough to splinter the party, it was because s- got expensive.
My boyfriend is a type 2 diabetic who has been freelancing and temping since he was laid off a little over a year ago. We are very nervous about how he will afford his medication (also for asthma!) if these assholes get their way. We will be ok for a while since I recently began making more money at my job, but how…
Should have stopped after paragraph 1. He’s sharing a personal story related to healthcare. Please explain how a discussion about immigration, which is being constantly litigated elsewhere, would have enhanced this article.
“I struggle to understand why your anger on this one issue is any different than some generic Trump voter’s anger about losing her job to an immigrant. “
Perhaps you should consider that the author’s anger here is based directly on specific policy changes Republicans are currently proposing and trying to pass that…

Simple. He tried to vote in a way that protected himself. The Trump voter voted in a way that let the wolves in. You’ll counter with “But they thought it would help”...to which I just note that there was plenty of information out there to tell them otherwise.
Thank you for this.
As a teacher of students like your brother, it is amazing how common sidelining and marginalizing people with disabilities is in our society. They get lumped in with different “others” due to their physical or emotional differences, even though they have the exact same potential as anyone else. Government is supposed…
To the people who support Trump and will lose health care. . .
A whole lot of Google users had the problem legitimately happen about a week ago. So it happens. If it never happens to you and you’re smarter than the average bear, awesome. But it’s still worthwhile information/advice.
It’s no less a scam than the NCAA, albeit less prestigious.
Sure, it doesn’t happen to users with open eyes, but the average user is susceptible to something like this. People with less experience with computers, older people, and so on.
Then they should have declined playing in it at all. Accepting the bid and then turning down a home game makes no sense unless Glass was afraid of how 2,000 people in a 17,000+ stadium looks on tv for what once was a blue blood program. Even then, why accept the bid?
Damn it, I want Crean there forever. It’s practically a guaranteed win (or two) for us every year.
