Wasn’t he gone by the time this stuff happened?
Might as well interview Dangermouse or Moose from You Can’t Do That on Television.

While the doc overall has worthy goals, I do wonder why you’d even bother steering an interview with him in this direction since, as has been pointed out, it has nothing to do with the shows he was on and generally concerns a phase of the network that was after his time there.
“All the countries that are led by women do so much better.”
I don’t think we’ve done the cleanup afterwards that we should be doing.
Personally I like Ted Cruz and that guy who said all that embarrassing shit about Ted Cruz.
I always confuse Dastmalchian with Patrick Fischler. I could’ve sworn it was him in the Mulholland Drive scene at the diner with the dumpster monster.
This looks/sounds very cool. Definitely interested in seeing it. I’m trying to find a good comparison for Dastmalchian’s recent rise to “odd-looking character actor who always delivers,” and I think I’ve landed on “he’s the new Steve Buscemi.”
I suspect it looked something like this:
I feel you. I got fired from the suicide hotline due to a similar misunderstanding.
Good think Gregory Peck is dead or else people would be mistakenly sending him abuse too.
dude hung dong!
Man I’m glad I don’t have to be able to prove to the internet that I’m still friends with coworkers from 25 years ago, because those fuckers all sucked.
Ugh, did I say boobs. No. My reasons were Mikey Day and Chloe Fineman. I think they’re funny.
Isn’t the “Bowen is straight” but just a riff on “Neil Patrick Harris” from Harold and Kumar?
I can’t tell if it’s an upgrade or a downgrade from Perkins’ “sketch about Aidy Bryant acting like awkward teen did not immediately end trump presidency - episode gets an ‘F’” reviews.
No, that was Perkins from old AVClub. And yes, he actually reviewed the show, which was his job. The guy that followed him, Trae DeLellis I think?, wrote like 20 sentences for the whole show and left out whole sketches. His reviews were pointless.
A current trend I absolutely loathe is doing a commercial or film parody or what have you and then, via voiceover, explicitly and repeatedly explaining what they’re parodying and why. E.g., “Lesbian Period Drama”:
but nothing good comes from being seen as busty.
Alexandra Daddario still around.
Tits McGee is still Kat Dennings.
