As much as I hate the idea of yelling “nepo baby” for everyone who has ever gotten a job from knowing or being related to someone(I got my internship that led to my first career job because my Dad knew some people so I can’t judget), in this case it was clear her Dad got her a job she may have not be qualified to do.

I agree that being an armorer on set is a huge responsibility and one that requires someone being willing to walk away if people are not following safety procedures.

The best thing about The Crow was the soundtrack album.

I would never defend kanye west but holy crap I’d love to break that nerd’s stupid glasses

I know she wasn’t No. 1 on the call sheet, but my first thought was that girl who played PT Barnum’s ~10-year-old daughter in The Greatest Showman. You could tell instantly that she’s an egomaniacal monster.

Where do we all stand on nepo baby discourse these days?

A ton of people have “popular” podcasts with over 500 episodes that lots of people have never heard of

Love going to the News section of this website and reading such breaking stories as “TV show has another episode”

ok let’s do it...

Lefty blogosphere: Cancel culture doesn’t exist!

Also lefty blogosphere: WHY ISN’T SHANE GILLIS CANCELLED? WE CANCELLED HIM!

At least sometimes the author get oddly invested in wanting someone to succeed. Like, the obsessive coverage of Hannah Gadsby a while back was excessive, but it was at least positive.

I feel like Morgan Wallen still didn’t get that much fame, really?

Like most James Cameron movies, I had a great time watching it in the theater and will probably never watch it at home (this doesn’t apply to Aliens.) I thought it was well-done technically while leaning heavily on well-worn, long-established character archetypes.

Hummm....

I didn’t get a Community notification for this??

I’m glad we’re getting a new Guardians movie. I hope the franchise can survive without Gunn’s stewardship.

No. She got sober and people have been giving her parts because of her notoriety and since she’s sober she’ll actually show up to set. When you’re a celebrity I guess making it through rehab and trying to get a job counts as a "Renaissance".

Starring in a Netflix movie pretending to be a bad lifetime Christmas movie doesn’t count?

No, she hasn’t had a renaissance, and no, she doesn’t deserve one.

In the context of how it’s being described... I don’t understand how anyone would realize this even relates to Lohan.
