Al Yankovic is the one person I believe represents all that is good in humanity. If I found out he was a racist or some kind of sex criminal, I honestly don't know if I could recover. 

I have to believe that the guy who wrote those songs is different from the damaged, self-hating, racist POS who’s out there ranting now.

Her role in the BTTF franchise was hardly a step forward in her career. She was the barely-there “love interest” who was written out of the action even more abruptly and cruelly than she was in KK.

Yeah after dumping Macchio she assassinated and replaced Claudia Wells and no one even said anything!

On the bright side, it seems likely that Shue getting dumped from the Karate Kid franchise helped keep her from getting pigeonholed in that role. In the six years after Karate Kid, Shue was in Adventures in Babysitting, Cocktail, and two Back to the Future movies. I’m not sure you’d have seen the producers of Leaving…

Not that I think the Austin Powers movies were any particularly high moment in the history of cinema, but I think at least there they were parodying the Bond films, where the female leads change every film with almost no explanation.

It was definitely bizarre that all the neighborhood kids kept hanging out at the parents’ house of the dude who left town. My basement was the place we all hung out in High School, too, but my friends didn’t keep hanging around my parents’ house after I went to college.

Here’s where I plug The Wrong Guy to fans of Dave Foley everywhere. It’s my go-to movie that nobody heard of that’s just joke-after-joke stupid-hilarious. Kevin has a brief appearance as well.

It’s scary, but Daria has been off the air for so long now that they could make the series about Jodie’s DAUGHTER starting out her career and it wouldn’t break continuity timelines.

That’s the same problem BB season 5 had...rushed.

She saw what the Kettlemans were doing to vulnerable people, like the little old lady she sees in the parking lot. So she does have compassion - just not for the Kettlemans.

The amount of wealth that was shown in the cold open.. I’m not sure Jimmy has the drive to achieve that. I think any empire might have come from Kim.
