How do I read the log files to know if it actually fixed anything? My pc now runs slow at startup ever since doing this! There doesn’t seem to be any extra programs running in the background.

I have run this on my PC (which doesn’t have any issues as far as I am aware) and am wondering how to read the logs to determine problems. What should I look for? I want to run this on some PCs that I believe to have problems.
