Infinite Dead Bambi Moms.

At least within the io9 microcosm, I've gotten the impression that I like this movie a lot more than everyone else:

A meeting of two phenomenally entertaining titans of public science outreach, both of whom have been topics of discussion for recent projects, taking a silly selfie with the president? Yeah, as a reader of a popular science website, I'm interested in that.

Of course, I'm not a super-cranky-grumpy-puss.

I'm not sure that's true. I know any number of young, bright editors. They may draw on different influences than the stuff some of us grew up on (steampunk, anime, whatever), but nobody goes into book editing without being passionate, voracious readers.

RIP tiled comments, the one thing KINJA consistently did right.

Frankly, people's various definitions of "Hipster" have now become so broad and various that the term no longer has any meaning.

RadioShack was cute, but it just reinforced in my mind the idea that they are outdated. they did not sell me on anything they changed. They really should have spent a few more seconds on that. All I remember form the ad were the 80's characters, nothing else.
