Why are all these companies betting on smart watches. I got rid of my watch when the smart phone came out. This is another dumb idea like 3DTV's. That is also the only thing being rendered on the screen at once. Probably another 10 years before we see anything like this in games. Look at the Wolfman demo Nvidia released in 2002. We are just starting to make games that can handle models like that today.
