As a fan, the 3 disc set is great. It's too much material really, but there are some great unheard tracks, especially the demos. I didn't really care for the new BFF album though. I may need to revisit that one however.
That's the problem with reading critical reviews of any kind of performing art, often they are not critical of anything, and just give a positive description of the piece. Critics are not as appreciated as they used to be. Any negative review of anything popular has fans leaving negative comments of the review.…
