My ideal meme fleet is becoming a reality.

Does the fuel tank have baffles?

Was gonna say, they made an entire new website for the odd stuff that gradually seemed more and more out of place here.

Uhh.... the example problem is set in Arizona?

That is an issue I face with my place that I just bought. It’s an older 1960s home with 100A service, and the previous n owners have added plenty of non-code, frankly terrifying wiring (which I’ve been picking through and improving - it was NOT pretty when I started)

The quotes I got to even begin thinking about adding

Let me weave you a parable about my home city of Atlanta, GA. There’s an interchange here between I-75 and I-85 which includes a very tight, over 180 degree hairpin that cross under one highway to merge with the other (for those of you keeping track at home, it’s 75 south to 85 north right above the Connector). It’s

That is exactly what I was reading. Any other brand and this kind of all-around shortcoming would be lambasted by the owner and spread all over the internet. In fact I’m pretty sure we just had this experience with that Blazer EV review.

Honestly it’s not like these parking lots were purposefully made. Atlanta like many cities went through the “Urban Blight Removal” phase in the 50s-70s where large sections of downtowns were knocked down. Atlanta in particular turned Downtown into a hotel and corporate dystopia, so there has been relatively little

Darn. I’m guessing it doesn’t get as granular as owner info either, since otherwise, I’d want to start a “Last Defenders of the Knights of the Chubby Cab-Over Van” club.

Wonder if I’m on there. Got a link?

Fancy meeting you here! I was gonna say, all variants of Mopar products terrorize us daily in Atlanta. Including me. I try to indentify who has the base model V6 Charger/Challenger and it really, REALLY annoys them when a rental-spec Caravan is glued to your ass no matter how hard you try to weave through the east

My brother in Brahma, how could you leave out the 1987-1990 Mitsubishi Van in the list of obscure minivans?! Only sold in small numbers (around 33,000 total seems to be the lore) with the cheapest possible interior they could throw in a 2WD L300 cargo van, and vastly decontented from the upmarket JDM Delica Star

A few days ago one of those squatted trucks pulled up right behind me and I could still see fine because his headlights were pointed so far up they went right over me.

Wait but the free iron and mineral supplements are the best part. You normally have to PAY for vitamins like that!

They’ve been chasing DOD money for 20 years. I read about them in high school and expected to be able to buy/use/fondle their products by the time I finished undergraduate. 12-ish years after that and....

I’m immensely curious why Mazda just hasn’t up and bought Liquid Piston yet. That engine uses a peanut inside a dorito instead of the other way around and appears to make more geometric and thermodynamic sense. The company’s struggled to actually put a product out forever and ever, but the concept seems very sound.

Alright, I was on the Tesla bashing train for a good while when this news broke, but now that I watch the video I see less “FSD is to blame!” than hundreds of people being used to following too closely while traveling too fast and being distracted.

Ah yes, 1-877-CARS-4-CATS, a prime benefactor of animal shelters and adoption/foster homes nationwide.
