The way you write reads like somebody that is trying really really hard to sound smart, but it just isn’t quite working. Like an 8 year old walking around the house in Daddy’s suit jacket.

Kojima is overrated always has been always will be, when konami treated him like garbage that was karma, man's a total star fucker.

Do we love LeBron again now? Has it been long enough since Hong Kong? Is that not the thing everyone cares about this week? I’m new to the internet.

Man what a cute Lebron story. Glad we can laugh with the guy who hates freedom

glad i’m not the only one bothered by this.

It’s Australia is a pure, thrilling, terror, not “Australia Are pure, thrilling...”.

I appreciate pointing out the hypocrisy at play here, but this is a flavor of hot take I’m really fucking tired of. Can a tragedy just be a tragedy? Do we always have to justify our emotional responses to stuff like this by comparing it to other tragedies or excuse it by giving some explicit personal or familial

If Musk had suggested drugging them and wrapping them in rudimentary plastic carriers you’d have been flinging your shit from a roof top like a chimp at the zoo.

Jesus, get over Elon Musk already. He wasn’t even mentioned in the article.

Yeah that’s not really an appalling quote. Now if Smith had said, “You’re a quarterback for Buffalo,” *that* would be appalling.

In a world of microaggressions. Welcome to deadspin.

It what world would that quote ever be appalling?

I’m not as progressive as they are, but I wouldn’t really care about them if it weren’t for this sort of posturing being contrasted with them being held out as something truly new and special.

I do, which is why I know that politicians who refer to amorphous “theys” when talking like this are a dime a dozen.

Which, while being true, sort of belies the image that these ladies have projected of themselves or representing something vastly different and superior to existing politicians.

“Us vs. Them” is evergreen in politics and in culture. It shores up the base and steamrolls areas of agreement in favor of constantly raising the stakes.

I think we have a beef with almost anyone here because there’s a lack of courage. It seems like we’re all radical because we deeply care about the people we represent and we want to throw down for them

Oh I dunno, by the right of YOU WAGED WAR AGAINST US AND IT’S OURS NOW?

As I’ve said, intent doesn’t matter when your execution is poor. Never expect people to take your context in good faith over Twitter. Better yet, don’t tweet. There’s few politicians that are savvy enough like AOC to do it right.

Omar’s intent does not excuse her poor execution. Dropping one-liners on Twitter with the expectation that your context will be taken in good faith was a rookie mistake that I’m sure she will learn from. To the rest of your drivel:
