Your 3rd point is giving me ideas on how to fix this: why don’t the women professors do the same? Work your butt off to get tenure, then you can coast and have as many kids as possible, whilst not really do much work? PROBLEM SOLVED! Or does tenure mostly come around when you stop being particularly fertile?

Oooh oooh I once hung out with Gillian Anderson’s dog! It was in high school and my friend’s friend’s sister was Anderson’s PA and had to dogsit the little sucker a lot. The dog was chill, just hung out and didn’t stress. I like to think it takes after it’s owner :)
