I smoke once or twice a week. I could smoke every damn day if i felt like it, esp since I work from home and live where it’s legal and almost always have some. But I don’t. Just like I don’t swill wine or bourbon every day just because it’s on my shelf. I do it when I feel like winding down.

Uh, I know a ton of people who just occasionally get high. Like, at least a dozen. Or more.
