I watch that scene and it baffles me how many people disliked this movie. That fight alone was worth the price of admission. It looks amazing and it’s stunningly filmed. And the best part is it all looks real. It’s none of that CGI hopping fests they the prequels did.

So...no Guile’s theme? How is that not the first one everyone who’d be into this tried?

I’m actually rewatching it right now as they’ve been marathoning it on AMC. It just happened to be on when I turned my TV on this morning and now I’ve been stuck watching it since. Watching these episodes a second time (it’s the whole Gus arc currently), and thinking about what came before and what follows, I came to

It’s been ages, but I seem to remember Drop Dead Gorgeous being pretty good, too.

I was genuinely concerned about Emerson in this role. Arrow doesn’t have the gravitas of something like Lost or Person of Interest, and I was worried it would be too...low?...for him and perhaps he would stand out (in a bad way).

She went from being the most screwed up character around to the most put together so gradually I didn’t even notice.

I’m pretty sure my 7- and 8-year-olds aren’t stoned.

It’s comforting to imagine that Anderson unwinds from a tough day directing Daniel Day Lewis by watching Talledega Nights or a few episodes of Teen Titans Go!, probably accompanied by a several bong hits, just like I would.

Wait. Lack of configuration options? That doesn’t sound like Apple at all.

An option that Apple *should’ve* included right off the bat. Even if it’s on by default, they should’ve provided the option to disable it.

She did this well before the story ‘broke’, no? I kind of looked at it like her urging him to take ownership of his disgusting  behavior before he got ‘caught’ and he no longer had the chance.

luckily you’re still a dick so I guess we’re all set.

In a related story with a different outcome, I watched The Neverending Story with my daughter recently. She liked it, but her main unanswered question was why was the horse so sad, and why would they put that in a kids movie. So some things are eternal.

The train sequence is like a love letter to all the chase scenes. It brings back the most famous one of them all, mixes in the bike chase from 1, the vehicle hopping from 3 and the rope action from 4. Not to mention it has other callbacks to 2's train, like jumping onto the caboose from the chase jeep, which itself

Was a bit worried that Lost Legacy was going to be mediocre (by Naughty Dog standards) after the first couple hours, but by the end it really won me over. That finale is off-the-charts good. Basically Uncharted 2's train sequence on major steroids.

I desperately want more games about the adventures of Frazer & Ross.

After five games you should have a good idea whether or not this game is for you. It’s not like the word “Uncharted” is hiding in small print.

Yes. It’s also just another Uncharted game with beautiful vistas, fleshed out characters, a compelling story and a photo mode that lets you do winky faces!

Seeing that this took Kirk 11 hours to finish (even though he probably messed with that camera feature for a few) makes me think this looks like some incredible value and absolutely makes sense for them to have released like this.

Nice. I will probably pick this up because I’m a slave to Naughty Dog’s particular brand of third person action gaming and I just can’t help it. I definitely have some of the same hangups when it comes to their game design (though I think Uncharted 4 came pretty close to overcoming a lot of them), but the art
