I'd never be able to follow a complicated plot like on The Americans or something if were high. Hannibal is pretty damn cool and creepy though.

Con: Not enough great score music. Last season's score was amazing - lots of great heavy guitar in the battle scenes, lots of Wardruna-influenced chanting and instrumentation too. There has been some (in particular in this episode there was an almost throat-singing like segment that was great), but it's been…
Not sure if anyone caught it already downthread, but it's 1983 now. There's a calendar in Vasili's office when he's talking to Nina.
Hey, you guys stole my line! (sorry, don't know how to link to a specific comment 'cause I'm oooooollllld. But I said "They are not afraid of the slow burn, and I love them for it." on the review for Walter Taffet.
Water is usually wet, which is my new invention is so ingenious. Powdered Water! Simply dump the contents into a cup and add water - voila! Water!
I don't even care that it's self-indulgent. I'm super excited about this. Mallrats is one of my favourites ever - was hangover movie for the longest time in the late 90s early 00's.
It was just a joke really. But I am actually in Northeast China.
Ha! Well, that's a surprise! I'm actually not far from there. I'll have to check them out some time.
We actually have a pizza hut here in my shitty little town. But it's not classic pizza in the same way as the one Stan and Philip were eating - just like from a corner joint or something. That stuff's always the best.
Totally. I wish they'd do an official score release of all the music. The only thing I've been able to find is tiny clips of music from the first episode, and I think it's fan-made just from the parts with no talking….
Something about his eyes - he seems too "knowing"….like I have said before, I'd be a terrible spy….
Ok, i deserved that. Was in a cranky mood when I posted that comment. Obviously everyone has their own feelings about what's happening in a particular show regarding plot points. I personally find it riveting, especially given what happened to that kid and his family last season. Hard for me to see how it could be…
Yeah, it stuck with me for some reason. I remember also think that Nyssa was pretty cute. Hey, I was like 10 or something, give me a break :)
First, a B is ridiculous. If anyone was bored watching this, then you don't get the show and should maybe go and watch Teletubbies or something instead. The slow burn and suspense of keeping all these plates spinning at once is part of the pleasure of watching a season of this show unfold.
Too many things going on lately and I haven't been able to watch classic who for a while. I've started this season in my Tom Baker rewatch, but only got as far as Pirate Planet. Just wanted to help keep the comment numbers up :)
Mine might be "Keeper of Trakken" because it was the first time I really started watching Doctor Who on PBS regularly. I had only caught isolated episodes before that, but this one made me start watching it regularly.
Just finished reading that one - it was amazing!
Yeah his Letterman is amazing!
Hmmm…I'm a little retarded when it comes to stuff like that. All the sites I use have disqus, and I'm a little funny about giving out personal info online for everyone to see. How about this - I do a radio show that has a facebook page. If you like it, then I should be able to send you private messages through…
If you check out the "other media" section, you can see they hit up a lot of other kinds of things, like music and TV. Discovered it wanting to finish watching The Shield along with Wallflower's epic posts on each episode. How can we go about safely exchanging e-mail addresses on Disqus?
