The Australian Sigma turbo had a suck-through carb turbo 2.0 4G52 engine and the Scorpion had the same 2.6 4G54 as the US Sapporo/Challenger. The European and Japanese 4th gen (1980-1984) Sapporo/Galant Lambda/Galant Sigma/Eterna Lambda/Eterna Sigma were available with the 2.0 4G63 SOHC EFI turbo along with IRS and

Can anyone quickly tell me how it is powered? I have a crappy eBay dash cam which uses micro-USB which I’ve hard-wired a cable behind the roof lining and pillar trims on my car and am hoping to use the existing power supply.

None of these good deals ship to Australia :(

Probably worth mentioning that it is currently Spring in Australia - and that region of Australia (South Coast, NSW) wouldn’t be experiencing particularly hot weather currently. Maybe 20C/70F at the most.

That isn’t an Evo III engine in the Lancer EX - A Lancer Evo has a DOHC 16V engine while the engine in that Lancer EX clearly is a SOHC 8V example. It’s the original engine they come with.

Came here to say the same thing - spotted the NZ plate instantly and just knew it was going to be mistaken for Australia.

Woof.

And after using multiple X1 Carbons I began to HATE it. A great idea but poorly executed by Lenovo. The toggle button to change the fuctions was slow and laggy and would frequently not register touch, along with many of the function keys themselves. About half the time it wouldn’t work. Just stupid.

To be fair it has been ‘dressed down’ to look like the base-model-poverty-pack Commodore Executive. These were even available with the 2.0L 4cyl in overseas markets (New Zealand).

Mine is Pretty Fly for a Wi-Fi

The 3.5mm audio jack hasn’t been around for 100 years - you’re thinking of the 1/4" (6.35mm) jack. The 3.5mm jack was first used in the mid-60s and was made popular with the Walkman in the late-70s.

Honda Crossroad. Honda also rebadged the Isuzu MU as the Honda Jazz (before the later Honda Fit/Jazz came out)

I prefer the AMG Galant myself

I have to ask - what’s the non-British equivalent of gudgeon pin and circlip?

Mitsubishi had part time transverse 4WD in the Cordia, Tredia and Chariot (Colt Vista/Space Wagon/Nimbus) from 1983 too. It did lack a center diff however.

They can’t bring over the Triton because of chicken tax. Plus the main engine choice is the 2.4 turbo diesel which would probably not pass US emissions and is not popular in the US. Same reason the VW Amarok, Nissan Navara etc are not there.

I really want this - however I’m curious to know how quickly everything reconnects once you get back into the car. Does it just auto-pair once powered back on with the ignition?

Kia ora - from Taupo in little ol New Zealand I gather?

Neither is your face.

Only that RAM does not exist in Christchurch New Zealand (where Cockram Nissan is) - hell Chrysler is barely a thing there either.
