I’ve really been rooting for kia these last few years, but I must say that this design is one of the least cohesive looking designs I have seen in a while. Nothing flows, nothing compliments anything else. It looks like Kia locked up 40 different designers in solitary, made them each design one feature, and then let a…
I’m with you. The design of this car seems to be everything other than “cohesive”. It is all over the place and there is absolutely no flow or complimentary design between 2 or more shapes
But but but but SUVs are safer because they are taller!
This was true of the older models, but since 2011, the Impreza/WRX/STI interior has actually been much better feeling. They don’t rattle and creak like the older ones, and many of the materials feel much better. Sure, they still aren’t “luxurious”, but you are buying an economy car with a good engine, not a luxury car.
Honestly, the stainless steel plate is the best looking piece of body on this car.
There is also the fact that the magnets required to excite door panels would need to be much larger than a typical speaker that it is replacing. I mean really, all you are doing with this whole project is eliminating a few ounces of stamped steel and a few grams of paper, and then adding it back in extra magnet and…

The magnets required to generate the proper force to produce all of the required frequencies would have to be quite large to move all of the mass that comes with an interior panel. Even if this was somehow solved with exceptionally low mass panels, you would an absolutely horrible sound stage. Highs would be coming…
This wagon is the best wagon
Decent little vehicles with infamously terrible drivetrains and, if you bought a pre-refresh variant, terrible interiors.
Wow, I actually think this could be perfect on paper. I’ve convinced the wife that a wagon is the way to go for her next car, and this one has enough power for me to not hate driving it. She doesn’t like leather, and all of those electronic add-ons aren’t necessary for either of us. It’s like a manufacturer actually…
There is a difference between a Ferrari on a Fiero and an essentially identical copy of a car, plus many upgrades. If the replicas are built to a proper standard, there is no reason I would not want to experience what it is like to drive one, since I will never be able to afford a genuine one.
It seems a more fair rule would be that whichever part, bike or rider, finishes last dictates the place of the rider. In your case, the guy who bailed would still be second.
And poke at the screen with their pointer finger while tilting their head back
Cool, now stop over-compensating for years of boringness and fix that front end!
It’s also a hellcat door, which is the same as a Challenger door.
Thanks for the response. I have seen people use the heater vent between the hood and windshield as an air intake...You could probably do the same since the supercharger will aim right at it. And if you look hard enough you can buy the Holden elbow, but I’d expect to pay a bit. When you get around to doing all of it,…
