I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: all of these reviews make me feel guilty for enjoying Anthem.
Why must you continue to report on things that are—now, not only incredibly more illegal in Japan and still illegal in the US; but also—bound to be hit with legal action by one of the most litigious companies in the world?
I think this will be good news for Destiny and those of us who love it, largely because Bungie will no longer be restricted to an annualized schedule. Maybe instead of Destiny 3, Bungie will now be able to transform the game into a single SKU that’s updated regularly. That’s my ideal scenario.
So whats your take on this Jason? You have done some extensive coverage of Destiny in the past, both in your lovely to read book and here on this site, you must have a thought or 2 about whether this change could be for the good or bad of the franchise and how the Bungie employees are looking at this?
Ironically, the Injustice games tell a far more entertaining story than any of the recent Supes movies.

Yeah, it raises an interesting question, and I’m sure this will keep coming up with more and more “service” games in the future. But if you bought vanilla Destiny 2 on PC (which came out in late October), you had less than a month and a half with this stuff before it locked you out. That’s kinda nuts.
