The confusion is probably due to the language barrier. I am assuming this “Ja Rule” is a German fellow?

Hmmm. I haven't seen the original and I'm one of those people that can't really do horror movies. So I guess I'll wait for the Wikipedia description of that climactic scene.

The actress is also nostalgic for her indie days in the ’90s, which she remembers as a more creative, collaborative time for filmmaking. “ - yeah, no shit....

I think it’s really sad that Shawkat feels bad about not saying enough. She was the youngest person in the room, and shouldn’t be tasked with telling a bunch of grown men who are seasoned professionals to maybe let Walter be heard about something she experienced. That’s the kind of courtesy they should be capable of

Wait, 4th? ....but when is the 3rd season coming out? Chiiiiiiiyap! Get me my TV guide!

Could you imagine a Talk Show with Christine Baskets in the same way Martin Short did the Jiminy Click?

There is such a delicate balance to the way in which Christine is written. At times, she feels like the implicit butt of the joke — which would be quite cruel — but they always reel her back in as the beating heart of the entire show. I think it’s superb, as is Louie’s performance.

Louie Anderson’s performance is so ridiculously good.

Nah, I’m with you. It’s a great combo of absurd and tender. And the fact that it works in a Costcos or Arby’s reference every ten minutes somehow endears the show to me even further. Glad to hear it’s getting renewed.

It’s such a hidden gem. I love the weird little universe it exists in. The fact that it can be equally strange and sincere is amazing.

It had been on my to-watch list forever. Earlier this year I was laid up with a broken ankle and finally decided to give it a shot. It only took me a couple days to get through the whole series. It really is a weird, wonderful show. I’ve always known Galifianakis was talented, but his performance here is next level.

It has such a unique mood. Don’t get me wrong, of course there are plenty of dramedies on TV right now, but Baskets has such certain feeling of both melancholy and warmth. Christine Baskets may be my favorite TV character right now.

How dare a movie, book, tv show, idea, thought, or opinion not conform to all possible future standards of acceptability.

“You catch more flies with honey...”
“First of all, why do you want flies?”

I forget everything about it except the really great climactic scene involving Suede’s “The Next Life” One Dove’s “Breakdown.”

Still holding out for a Godfather-II-epilogue-style flashback scene at the beginning of IX.

Leia was never a huge wisecracker though, not even in the original trilogy. She had a few snarky lines here and there, but she wasn’t Space Carla Tortelli or anything.

Former SNL cast member brings back recurring character when hosting SNL? Holy fucking shit! Has that ever happened before in the history of SNL? Occurrences this rare only happen when all the planets align at just the right angle and during the birth of a two-headed albino unicorn.
