Ignoring the special protection that the Olympics get, companies have to show that they are actively protecting their trademarks/IP - otherwise it can be argued that they don’t really care and so can lose the trademark... Hence the scattergun approach that many companies (or their agents) use.

I’ve been reviewing onboard laps from 2015. They don’t pick the bike up at all T11-T12-T13 it’s treated as one variable corner, so maybe not braking. Just plain loss of grip.
