Was it just me or was the CGI monster bad even by Doctor Who standards? It looked like early 90s CGI.
Sweat?
And the trend of absolutely no one ever coming to Indiana continues.
That sort of ending is generally a better fit for Star Wars than Star Trek anyway.
Man I'm loving this album. It's not as consistent as Pure Heroine but there are songs on this album that I could just listen to forever.
At the end of the series Kanan will ascend into the force.
That particular Missy scene could have been saved for the end of the episode. After the Monks are gone, the Doctor goes to confront Missy over sending Bill on what was clearly a suicide mission, and she explains her reasoning then. It might lose a little bit of its bite without the immediate danger but I still think…
I feel like Moffat was trying to get in one more race of instant classic villains, like the Weeping Angels or the Silence, before his departure, but it just fell flat.
I'm not prepared to say it's as strong as Heaven Sent, but it was still a fantastic episode. I'm really wondering what comes next.
Maybe he meant Jewish.
Apparently the netflix version of the trailer didn't have the lens flair so it may have been added specifically for this trailer.
"We really need a Star Trek: Next Next Generation."
Yeah, I saw someone commenting on reddit that he "demands" a series post Voyager. I just wish that Trek fans would realize they don't own the franchise.
I'm so hyped for this!
The trailer is out by the way. http://www.cbs.com/shows/st…
Now I'm not a sports guy, but saying that the one team's coach is responsible for the other team's victory seems like a ridiculously easy assessment to come to, and not necessarily even as a joke. The other one seems much more suspicious.
I really hope Bill stays on after this season. I'm already sad about Capaldi, and they both are great in their roles, especially together.
Wasn't the last set 4? I was counting them too and I thought all but the last set were 3 and then it knocked 4 times right before the credits.
I loved the moment where Bill says something along the lines of "I low key love her" referring to the Tardis and Capaldi responds with "So do I." Something about the way he said that line reminded me of an old happily married couple. It seemed like he had a real love for her.
