Truly inventive people don't let things like political bullshit stop them from starting their own companies. They start them anyways and work out how to get around the red tape.

Its pretty crazy to think the government would stop a company from selling it's own product and force it to go thru a middleman. That's as corrupt as it gets. If I were tesla I'd simply skip over NJ and let the angry wannabe tesla owners fix the problem at voting time.

Imagine if NJ told Apple they have to sell all their products through a dealer, like Best Buy and are not allowed to make sales online or have their own Apple Stores. Maybe that would make the public realize why this is such a big deal

Every clip I've seen of Top Gear Live just looks terrible, I'm not sure it's something that translates from television to live show well. Nitro Circus Live on the other hand is doing it right.

At least it's not as ugly as the 500L. The 500L is selling rather poorly in the states. For Fiat to have a chance, they probably need something that is a little more conventional. One can only sell so many cutesy 500's. An advertising campaign that is less moronic wouldn't hurt either.
