I use a USB only KVM for my keyboard. One of my machines is on a tunneled VPN, so Synergy isn’t an option. I then just switch inputs on the monitor itself when switching inputs on the USB KVM.

Sadly, the target market (me) for a nice road trip minivan can’t afford one. Three kids, single income, and family out of state.
