I think RIM would've hit it out of the park by making the Z10 a side slider that allows you to either use the side sliding keyboard or the screen, but that's just my opinion. Blackberry could have two hits on their hands. The Z10, in particularly, but those of us who prefer a physical keyboard would love the N10.

"Graph Search" isn't going to register a even a minor blip on my radar. If I need to search for something, I don't depend on what my "Facebook Friends" are doing to find it. I use Google or Bing, period and I find it with no problem at a greater rate of speed than this beta product. I don't need anything that intends

My 4S has been reliable for almost two years but this year, unless Apple does quite a bit more than an incremental upgrade with the iPhone 5S, I'll be looking at a Note 3 or Nexus 5 (or whatever it's called) around October. I just don't see Apple braking with the tradition of incremental upgrades. That may be good

I don't this "Ala carte TV" coming any time soon in the USA. Not just so that Apple can sell an over priced under featured TV set based on last year's technology. While the 1% of rich folks might like to have a TV with an Apple logo on it, they aren't going to get Cable and TV networks to play ball with them. Jobs

I think you brought up what the real problem is. MENTAL HEALTH. It's not "gun control for everyone". It should be "gun control for crazy people". Mentally ill people shouldn't own hand guns, and no, comparing it to cars or plans doesn't wash because they are vehicles. Even crazy people need transportation, but crazy

Maybe these homicidal/suicidal wing nuts are taking their cues from the Mayan Prophecy that the world is going to end on December 21st, and just trying to beat it to the punch. Perhaps the wing nuts committing these crimes should just do us all a favor and start and end their acts of violence with themselves and leave

Apple will have to realize that it can't sue every competing firm who's producing a more compelling phone. Apple finally realized enough people want a bigger phone screen, so they stretched the iPhone 5 out to 4". Apple realized consumers want 7" Tablets, so they produced the iPad Mini. If Apple wants to continue to

Interesting ideas, but it's never going to happen. Cook, Ive, and the remaining engineers who haven't bailed, don't take product advice from outside sources. Apple doesn't feel the need to change the incremental upgrade approach in order to gain new customers. They're happy with incremental upgrades. There will be an

You know it. Apple will follow the rest of the industry like they always do (Multi-media messaging. Apps. Video recording. 3G. Notifications. 4" screen. LTE. etc.) and of course, when Apple gets those new features, it's the second coming, but they're behind everyone else and no one really cares, because it's Apple.

I put my 4S in a case the day I bought it. Then got a Ballistic case to protect it completely from drops, scratches, and so forth. None of that "carrying in the pocket" or "tossing it into a bag" for me. I'd do that if my phone wasn't an iPhone. Things happen. Get a case and protect your phone.

That's what Apple missed and some others will too. Anyone who doesn't have an iPad and wants one for the ecosystem, may get a mini, if it's in their budget, but how many people will that really be? Are any "New iPad" owners going to jump on the iPad mini or more importantly, the iPad 4? Who's going to run out and

The problem is that Jobs is gone and clearly, the mojo went with him. Like it or not, it's over. REALLY. The best Apple has is "Thinner" and with a "Retina Display". Sooner or later, everything they make will be "thinner" and have a "retina display". What then? What next? The Macbook Pro is finally getting HDMI, which

Here's the thing- I bought an iPad 2 in March due to the price drop to $399. There is no value in the iPad 2 mini for me to buy the iPad 2 mini. Same screen rez. Slightly better front and back camera (with no flash), dual speakers, and lightning port. No advantages. I already have the ecosystem, so that isn't selling

It's an Apple product. It doesn't matter what the specs are when it's an Apple product. Apple products are the second coming of Jobs. Another vendor does it and it's sub standard junk. Look at Apple's stock price though. It's fallen from that lofty $700 height. As for this Galaxy S3 mini, not impressed, but I also

A more important question is, other than parents buying the iPad mini for their young children to drop, fling across the room, or otherwise destroy and require replacement, who, really needs an iPad mini? Also, is it going to come with some hackneed software application that truly sucks and won't get better "if you

No, but Apple was joking when they pulled Google Maps out of iOS 6 and installed that piece of crap Apple maps that Cook eventually apologized for inflicting us with.

That's another good reason for me to switch to the Note 2 next year. I put my 4S in a Ballistic case that covers the Apple on the back. My iPhone 4S isn't a fashion statement and I'm not trying to impress anyone with it.

Criminals won't care. It's the newest iPhone and it's worth money, so they will be keeping an eye out for the elongated iPhone with the man made Sapphire.

I don't care how "pretty" a phone or tablet is, because I'm going to put it in a ruggedized case so that if I drop the "pretty thing", it doesn't brake into a bunch of "pretty" pieces. Naturally, girly men and women won't do that sort of thing, unless they find "pretty" or "cute" cases for them, but those are sure to

Meh. Seen it. It's a yawn for me. Seen and held the Note and while some fellas may not have the hands to handle it one handed, I do. There is no iPhone 5S in my future. Apple is a yawn fest for me now. Until they brake out of the iPhone 4 design boredom, I'm moving on to something else.
