I always go for the 0% option when financing a new car, and have never paid MSRP. I also almost always buy a new car because...I like new cars. Just my personal opinion, but I don’t want to sit in the accumulated filth of previous owners, and most people behave like pigs in their cars. If other people are ok with

Have something similar for Firefox?  Safari doesn’t drain my battery, but it is so slow compared to FF.  Chrome is only used when absolutely necessary.

I get why people do, but I do not.

My wife works from home as a Finance Manager, and is ready to get back to the office. She is surprised at how well she has adapted, but it just isn’t the same for her. I hate working from home, and I am glad I am considered essential in my IT role, so I get to come into the office every day.

Performance is relative, and performance goals for execs are almost always easily attainable.

My 87 Samurai must have been a different design.  Was it a pleasure to be in, no, but it was never as bad as CR made it out to be.  On the plus side, it was super-reliable, got 35 MPG no matter how I drove it, and it kept me from getting speeding tickets as a teenager.

Punctuation is what separates us from animals.  Use it.  You can tell I mean that by the periods at the ends of those sentences.

Agree wholeheartedly.  I wish I had never gotten rid of my NB, although my chronic back problems would probably keep me from driving it much these days.  To have an essentially new one would be a dream.

I am not particularly a Jordan fan, but he is certainly the best all around player so far as far as I can see, and he will continue to remain so as long as the NBA prevents players from playing the kind of defense that was allowed in Jordan’s era. Certainly some have come close, like LeBron, and it is hard to compare

I am planning on going to Universal Studios in September. That said, I bought their inexpensive travel insurance, so I could decide to cancel at the last moment based on how things are going. If there are outbreaks in the parks, or if things are trending in the wrong direction, we just won’t go. But, things like theme

Hotel Artemis is not available free for Prime members.  Can you confirm this list?

Go watch season 1 of TNG and then let us know how it compares to Picard.  I agree with a lot of what you wrote here, but first seasons of most Trek series are similarly underwhelming.  The only difference here is the title character is already known to us.  My point is, I expect it to get better in season 2, just like

Any company that gets a bailout has to go through chapter 11, and the stock becomes property of the employees.  Just an idea.

I had a hard time maintaining interest in this episode.  I don’t find the time period to be particularly interesting to begin with, so when the story is going seemingly nowhere for almost an entire episode, it is really difficult to pay attention.

Never turn down free money. 0% for 63 months on my 2018 Legacy was a no brainer. I could pay it off early, but I can also put any extra money I have in the credit union and earn 3% interest on it.

And my dad’s 1984 Suburban... I’ve had way more problems with cars going into limp mode (2000 Jetta VR6) and shutting off completely (2012 Prius) in an unexpected fashion than unintended acceleration.

I got my day license 1 month after I turned 15.  I couldn’t wait.  My sister, on the other hand, didn’t get hers until she was 19.  She is 7 years older than me.

I’d be interested in seeing how that happens, given our income tax system is progressive, and the highest marginal tax rate is on the last dollar earned.  The cars I could understand, except they could just sell the cars to pay the taxes and still be ahead.  Aside from some bizarre tax situations involving AMT, I just

This logic never made any sense to me. “I don’t want to make so much money that I have to pay taxes on it.”  What!?  I’d much rather make more money and have to pay taxes on it, because I’D HAVE MORE MONEY!

They need to bring back the Forester XT.  That is really the only thing missing from this car.  EyeSight is a blessing and a curse.  I wish they could teach it how to recognize when you are merging in congested traffic conditions.  The adaptive cruise and AEB are excellent otherwise.  Subaru has been having some
