My grandmother always keeps a HUGE jar of it right next to the stove. It says “drippings” on it. I hope to inherit the drippings jar.

One thing that I don’t see mentioned is that if you have a fixed rate mortgage your monthly housing payment is more or less protected from inflation or other market based increases. When I bought my house in 2009 the mortgage payment was $800. At the time I had been renting an apartment for $700 so it was an increase.

This problem with iPhoto was near or at the top of reasons I switched from iPhone to a Pixel 2 last year.

Thanks for explaining this. It’s still pretty confusing though. Not your fault. I’ve got my Pixel and Google Photos so everything works as expected which makes me happy.

a lot of people were buying homes they couldn’t realistically afford. They were pushed into it by lenders who were more interested in making a buck on origination fees today than on making sure the lenders wouldn’t be scrambling to sell a bunch of defaulted homes a few years down the road when their adjustable rate

The housing crash happened, in part, because a lot of people were buying homes they couldn’t realistically afford. After making dashi chop up the leftover bonito and kombu and add some fish sauce/soy, sugar, salt....anything really and pan fry until dried out. Sprinkle this over rice or use it as a seasoning on anything else.

They’re delightful super light and whispy flakes of fermented, dried tuna. They have a deeply savory, almost bacon-like taste to them and aren’t overly fishy. I first had them on some butter sauteed edamame and it changed my life.

A proposal to address the “Karen calls the cops” issue. After your first “call about a cookout” you have to have a credit/debit card on file with your local police. For every call after that re: a non-violent, unsubstantiated, no one is actively breaking into YOUR house with a weapon...$50 is automatically taken from

If you think about it, for most people it is probably the single most used piece of tech they own. Many people’s jobs and lifestyle may depend on this one device more than any other.

The cost for a iPhone isn’t so expensive that it outweighs having something new and reliable. It isn’t like buying a new car every

Can confirm the last part. I made a Kief firecracker once, that I ate in addition to a regular firecracker. I was too zonked to lay down and watch TV. I couldn’t stop rolling around the floor and when I looked at the TV I couldn’t focus on it.

“ratio of ⅔ fresh butter to ⅓ infused butter”

No, maybe with a lot of care and supplementation of nutrients it can work. Obviously you aver very diligent with you’re pets diet if they lived past normal life expectancy but most people don’t know enough to make sure their pet has the nutrients they need. Articles like this can be very dangerous when people see them

I’m not saying you can’t switch your dog to a vegetarian diet, do whatever you want, it’s your dog. Just know this, your dog is going to be much healthier and happier with meat in their diet.

No, dogs are carnivores, not vegetarians.

Also, by getting up, it allows the people in the middle/window seat some extra space, to gather their stuff, get organized, etc.
