I believe there’s even an after death clause in there.
I believe there’s even an after death clause in there.
Once again, for those of you who are new, as long as the original creative team is alive we will NEVER get a BTTF sequel. They have an iron clad clause that says as much.
It’s like when this kid took the floor in Footloose - everyone just backs away and let the magic happen.
Oh, and if you haven’t seen Capaldi’s regeneration episode - I rank it as THE best regen episode they’ve ever done.
So you haven’t seen any of the episodes with Bill!?!?! You are in for a mighty treat, my friend. Bill is the perfect companion for Capaldi, and even Nardol is fantastic. It truly is the Capaldi season we should have had the entire time.
The 3 novels already have ample source material. Each one could be a film easily. Or you could expand each book out into a season of a tv show.
It would strike me as the great thing about being a fan is, don’t like how show is now, great wait a couple years and it will completely change.

Why James Urbaniak? I literally know nothing about him.

That’s what I mean - the door is wide open! He’ll definitely direct more TV to come though. Tons of pilots were shot by major directors and then that template is carried on through the rest of the series via other directors.
I’m so glad features about Sapochnik are coming out - he was by far the best director on the show and I can’t wait to see what he does in features int he near future. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s called on to direct a ton of TV pilots in the years to come.
Kingsman 1 was pretty damn spectacular - I wonder how much meddling was involved.
