It was casting SO pitch-perfect, my mind exploded right there in the theater.

It remains the best Nolan movie. 13 years later, you could release it brand new today and it would totally hold up.
But the fun MiB/Fresh Prince Will Smith.
She NEARLY stole the film, but was stopped by this guy...
This is the first thing I thought of!!!!!!
Funny, I WANTED to say 10 years, but thought it might be too dramatic.
Completely agree with this sentiment. If Google wants my data to give me more relevant ads, then happy to oblige. Why the hell would anyone want to see an ad for something irrelevant???
While on a vodka promotional tour, Aykroyd stopped to...
To clarify, I definitely think he could have been a little less pretentious at the time. The comparison to Stewart is the most apt - that was a master class in how you take a goofy TV character and leave it with all the gravitas of a serious role.
Amazing how it always comes back to Eccleston. That guy could have been the best Doctor of them all, had circumstances been a little more favorable to him. Shame too because the show NOW is up to the level he was hoping for back in 05.
Ooooh I hope so. Netflix knocked that out of the park.
This is the most damning comment of all...
Aww damn it, you're right!
The film was already perfect - a TV show can’t possibly expand on or present that material in a better way. This isn’t A Series Of Unfortunate Events.
Look, I get that these episodes were waaaay more expensive than usual, but they should have found a way to do the usual 10 instead of 6. Too many important details and plot points are getting lost from not enough time.
What I’m not seeing is a lot of comments or context referencing the fact the Disney/Fox merger was at the PEAK of negotations when this all went down. Disney didn’t really care about Gunn’s remarks in the long-term, just long enough to get the deal over the finish line
Andrew Scott!?!?! You’ve got my attention.
You know god damn well that he’s still alive and plotting his final victory with the help of Lady Stoneheart and Tom Bobadil.
He dies ON SCREEN or it’s not real.
As insane as this is, I laughed at and loved it and now want a fan cut where this happens.
