I'm utterly shocked that all of these (even iTunes) look just awful. WinAmp hasn't improved it's UI since 1999.

I think this is a great point but then flight attendants and airlines need to make THIS their rationale for why you need to keep devices off. 95% of the time it comes across as an idiotic parent telling their kid "because I said so!" So much of the problem is incredibly poor communication skills to passengers.

agreed! I think back to last season and how menacing and in your word "interesting" the Silence monsters were. That was the Daleks back in the day.....no longer. They're just bottles of bubble bath now.

Which is why I appreciate what they've done with the Master in Nu-Who. Just two appearances so far, the first of which was unbelievably amazing. If they wait till season 9 before bringing him back, the anticipation and threat will be legit.

It's well-supported up to a point, but even Michio Kaku can't account for some of the most basic questions about it. Other than, "uhh, it formed off the back of a multiverse...." The quote above is incredibly apropos "At the bang, physics breaks down."

I've always thought the Big Bang was a lazy, weak theory at BEST. It may as well be a certified synonym for "shit happened."

Ya know you're right. I was watching this the other day after watching Captain America and thought the Rocketeer actually felt less hokey by comparison. Alan Alda and Tim Dalton don't hurt either.

It feels like this is the first time the photographs and videos for a space mission have been so abundant, high quality and accessible. I wonder if that's helping re-invigorate interest in space (thus fulfilling Neil DT's ultimate wish).

I'll raise the stakes and say Bridget Moynahan would be the PERFECT Betty opposite Ruffalo.

Ruffalo totally channeled what made made Bixby great though - and it didn't hurt having Lou Ferrigno actually doing the voice of the Hulk itself.

This only furthers the point that we need a Ruffalo Hulk movie NOW.

This guy is amazing - go watch Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy and get a master class on how a single guy, sitting in an office chair, saying nothing and just staring is one of the most dramatic things ever put on screen.

Some network should just cut to the chase and pilot a show simply called "Giancarlo Esposito." That guy can do no wrong and is even making Once Upon A Time more legit by association.

Now that we know Ruffalo IS the best Bruce Banner this side of Bill Bixby, I'd love for them to try another Hulk movie with Bridget Moynahan as Betty.

"If time travel is possible, then where are all the time travelers from the future?"

Hahahah...........that's not helping!

Moffat isn't that subtle, but usually for the wrong reasons. "Everything changes" as uttered by River Song was really just referring to her new appearance post-regeneration. I'm REEAAALLLY hoping "the fall of the 11th" isn't just Matt Smith stumbling down a flight of stairs.

The ludicrous costume he wears in the final version ruins the whole thing. The screen test is much more compelling.

Was JUST about to make the same comment. Flight of the Navigator already did it. It even had the "older" (younger) brother who becomes the surrogate father figure.

Which makes it all the more frustrating because with a group of 12+ writers, you'd think they could have done SOMETHING more substantive than what ended up airing.
