It should be mandatory that Ruffalo make an appearance in all Marvel movies from this point forward, until they finally put out his Hulk movie.

They're gonna need to "move the river" to get Eccleston involved again.
C'monnnnn, Tina Turner dude. Tina...............Turner.
I think you mis-read my post. I don't necessarily WANT this to happen, but current socioeconomic and business decisions are being made to push us further this way. Add to that the limitations (currently) imposed on humanity's existence in space and it's not hard to extrapolate this out over the next 100 years.
Every time I read these kinds of posts, I keep seeing Frank Herbert's Dune cannon being the most logical answer. Humanity moving into specialized functions, becoming things like Mentats, Guild Navigators, Bene Ggesserit and all the rest. Ditto for the eventual need to do away with artificial intelligence run amuck.
Frank Langella starring in anything instantly gets a bought ticket from me.
John Hammond can only have so much money. If they somehow discover another "secret" park or preserve that Hammond created, then we as a people need to revolt.
If he wasn't already the now or presumptive lead actor for several other huge franchises, I'd be on board with this.
If you're the discoverer, make sure Make sure Tom Skerritt and James Woods aren't anywhere nearby.
I've long considered that Earth is the Java, South Dakota of the universe. "Where is that?" you might be asking. Perhaps the Milky Way is just so "rural" and seemingly unimportant that the New York Cities and London's of the universe have no interest or motivation to visit them.
Agreed - the original was an interesting story, but without the production capability and sensibility that current film making can bring. These are the times when a "reboot" is actually warranted.
Global populations are actually starting to fall. Fast forward 50 years and you're going to begin seeing a market for immigrant workers like never before in our global history.
You aren't! I thought the same thing. And while GRRM likes to totally veer in directions that don't appear logical, I've been sensing for a while now that this series has always REALLY been about Jon Snow and Daenerys even though (SPOILERS) something "happens" to Jon in the latest book.
I have a vision of the future I'd like to posit....
I noticed the same thing! Lots of Judeo-Christian stuff throughout. Didn't bother me at all, but I struggled to understand how it fit into this world.
I don't see that as being any easier.
"One of the biggest arguments against time travel is the fact that no one has run into any time travelers."
Wait, five? I count Ra's Al Ghul, Carmine Falconi and Scarecrow. Who else???
It has Spiderman 3 written all over it
by "miss" you of course are referring to the endless, cheesy nonsense that was super fun to mock and laugh at week to week?
