Let's start a rumor that Carrie Mulligan is coming back for a one-off return as Sally Sparrow. That would at least be interesting (and a Moffat tie-in).

Harrison Ford was actually the weakest link in the whole thing. He played a "caricature" of a Western character, one similar to Fred Willard in Waiting for Guffman. Add to that, the writing for his character was equally piss poor....

Eh, it was average at best, especially considering all the pre-hype and "Just wait and see!" jargon from Favs. The issue is that it relied too much on the quirky title and mashup aspect AND the overdose of big names. On paper the story just wasn't that great.

When did SyFy start showing wrestling?!?! I haven't had cable for about 2 years so this is news to me....

I keep thinking that if today's over-reaching copyright laws were active back then, Terry would have been sued by every magazine and individual he used in his mashups.

jccalhoun - how would you change it if you could?

Ahh, I stand corrected! How did you know that, out of curiosity?

We can wait on Merlin - release the new SHERLOCK trailer!

Murray Gold just keeps upping the anti on the soundtrack! He is definitely this show's secret weapon.

Naro27 - it's in the beginning....pay attention during the "board room scene." Its one of those unexpected cameos that totally blindside you.

Disney should have started with THIS long before the movie came out. They needed to slowly build-up recognition for both the updated version of the world, as well as the characters, style etc. TRON Legacy wasn't perfect, but it was stylistically amazing and I feel worth continuing on - especially considering the

Go back and watch Flight of the Navigator. For about 15-20 minutes, you'd have NO idea that the voice of Max is actually Reubens.

I'm sure this question will sound horribly ignorant, but is there a particular reason why Richard Donner hasn't been approached in some capacity? Sure he's 81, but he made the first (some would say only) decent Superman flick.

I'm actually with you on this. After almost 30 years of waiting for a proper Superman movie (Sup 2 is my absolute favorite), I'm willing to throw all faith on the table until proven wrong. It's not Bryan Singer again and it's not Tim Burton & Friends, so we at least know what this movie WONT be. And that alone is

The "industrial chem lab" argument is exactly why they decided to NOT do mechanical shooters in the first movie.

Excellent point akacrash - they almost need to be writing 2 and 3 at the same time, so they can build-in subtle "side plot points" that would eventually add up to Kahn being in part 3. He wouldn't be the villain in 2, in fact he could even be an allie that gets betrayed in some terrible way by the end.

Am I the only one who thinks Hank Azaria (in this movie) looks EXACTLY like the "Stauf" character from The 7th Guest?

Wait a tic - is that the voice of the ORIGINAL Lion-o as the "Cat King?" Are they using the original show as "cannon history" for the revival!?!
