I found out about it pretty early on in my 3D Land playthrough, so I only ended up having to backtrack to a few levels. It was pretty annoying, honestly, but then it was also fairly obvious padding.

The Oracles were just as good as Link's Awakening, really. Minish Cap was short and easy, but it was still high quality. The DS Zelda games are more DS showcases than regular Zelda games, and in that regard, they excel.

Let's not get carried away. They're all fantastic, but the driving mechanics in each game do tend to be polarizing (time limits, sailing, trains, touch controls, motion controls, etc).
