Minish Cap, Four Swords, and Phantom Hourglass are better than Spirit Tracks, Twilight Princess, and Oracle of Seasons? And why is Wind Waker only GOOD, but Skyward Sword is AMAZING? SWITCH THAT. Actually, just put Skyward Sword with the crappy Zelda games.

Radiant Historia was the best DS/3DS game this year, imo.

Lol, I noticed that too!

Yeah, I know. They really need to just write FSA out of the continuity.

That is what I meant.

Actually, if you remember the flashback in Twilight Princess, Ganondorf attempted to attack Hyrule with an army and was executed for that.

Good call, sir. I can rest easy now, knowing that this is most likely the reasoning behind it.

I, too, would like an official statement on this. It really doesn't sit well with me...

Honestly, the "Official" timeline is better than I could have hoped. There are valid complaints, most notably the connection between FSA and ALttP, but really, it's a minor thing. If that is the only ret-con I have to deal with, then I'm just fine.

WON'T LET ME EDIT: You mention explanation for the connection between OoT and ALttP? Link dies while fighting Ganon at the end of OoT. Where's the disconnect? Zelda flees and rallies with the Sages to amass an army to take out Ganon before he is able to recover his strength. Hyrule is already feeling stronger thanks

Your guess is as good as mine. Though, there is mention in the original Zelda that no one knows where Ganon is from or how he came about the Triforce of Power.

I am VERY impressed. There are a few connections you made that even I hadn't noticed, and I've been working on unraveling the Zelda Chronology since the release of Ocarina of Time. I really do wish they would just label Four Swords Adventures "semi-canon" but if this is any indication, they have no intention of doing

Well, the Gorons and Zora were in the process of being killed off in Ocarina of Time. I guess the Hero of Time fails at more than merely defeating Ganon.

It's so beautiful... :'D

Indeed sir! It's been a while since I Zelda'd so serious. It was vary nahce.

Nintendo doesn't want you to bomb some Dodongos.

Because it's Awesome.

"...not because they're intentionally violating canon."

Honestly, that always bugged me too. Impa may not have been in ALttP, but still there are a great deal of discrepancies in the Oracle games no matter where you put them. I'm sticking by the whole ALttP>LA thing though, lol.

tl;dr
