Yeah I'd much rather he jerk it to porn than mess with a kid, not that the one activity necessarily cancels out the other.

It has not been a year already. You stop it.

Because it turns out we're on Gizmodo and not Jezebel. Weirdness.

Why are you in pink?

Why are they taking that up with you? You don't write the checks.

I'm kind of one of those anti-porn buzzkills, and I suppose an argument can be made that he works for a homophobic organization, but this is just too humiliating.

Oh fuck. Am I right to feel bad for this guy?

Yeah see that's a pretty male-dominated field is why that seems overcompensated.

At least they didn't put it in the Style section this time.

What do you do? Are you male?

You un-star-bellied sneeches can argue without automatically promoting threads too.

I guess I'm as crazy-to-the-left as she is because I tend to agree with her (except her political devotion to the Democratic party I don't understand). The only problem I have with her show is she repeats everything three times in three different ways.

Interestingly I've actually seen men IRL make the argument this way. As in there are female managers and executives in the office who make way more than the mailroom guy so the pay gap is a myth. Seriously.

I always get thrown off and sputtery and I'm not even a Rhodes scholar - or anything close to it. I'm sure it's not the first time somebody's talked to her this way - actually I think she's had some pretty douchey guests on her show. She's also dealt with Tucker Carlson and Chris Matthews.

I'd like to know how the Arab Spring is to blame for this.

There could be other countries between Turkey and the U.S. That's just to give U.S. and European readers a frame of reference.

No you're right. The gap is for the exact same job with the exact same education and experience.

It shows more dedication if you linger in your office playing Tetris a couple extra hours than if you get all your work done in 7-8 hours and go home to feed your kids.

You should see some of the unapproved comments in pink. My word defensive people are long-winded.

Yep. And they *want more flexibility* presumes child-care duties. And they don't go into STEM fields and male-dominated fields of employment just happen to pay more *for whatever reason who knows it's a mystery nobody's ever cracked they must just not like science*
