I get that as a woman (queer one at that). We code switch. But hers is a little...much. I would highly recommend the podcast about it that goes into great detail about the extent of her con (her voice only being a small part of it). 

They said as much in the podcast out about the whole debacle. One of her professors from Stanford said she talked like a typical 19 year old co-ed and that this was all a very obvious affectation she adopted.
