It’s pretty clear that these companies don’t really care about fans or integrity of their product if they sign an exclusivity deal after the game has been made. It’s pure money grabbing. They might not see the extra value they get from the higher fee on Steam but players sure do. Automated refunds, mod support,

This is kinda misleading, seemingly biased against Valve from the outset.

I’m all for marketplace competition, but third-party exclusives are lame, and anti-consumer.

Who the hell exposes themselves in Uno? Everybody knows you save that for Jenga.

In the past and at my current company, people have emailed us asking for help getting their hacking mods to work on the in-game store. They sincerely and legitimately don’t understand that they’re committing a crime.

I think it’s genuinely sad most of these offenders appear to be legit stumped as to why they are banned and seem to think what they have written in their bios should be totally fine. What a world we live in now...

It’s because of scum ball lawyers and uppity parents who can’t bother to police the content their children see. If they didn’t have it all it would do is leave the door open to a lawsuit by some jackass who would sue them because they can’t be bothered to pay attention to what their kids do.

I’d imagine it’s just trolling for attention, I’m sure with every little pity party they throw they get a nice little trickle of hits and sales from people wondering if that shit could really be all that bad.
