This is really nitpicky, but a person can take responsibility and not bear the consequences. The employees don’t take the responsibility, only the consequence. When they go to their next job and are asked why they were let go, they don’t need to take responsibility for Zuck’s mistake.

Sadly, back pain doesn’t always look a certain way.  As someone who has had their share of back pain it’s not always the laying down or standing up that’s hard -- it’s the transition in between.  Even when the back is acting up, I can still be in pain and hold a conversation.
