I think boiling down the hate for Chris Pratt down to democratic or conservative political stances might be a bit of a reach. It’s hard to pinpoint what the difference is, but the impression I get is that Chris Pratt is self deprecating so you will like him. Ryan Reynolds is likeable because he’s self deprecating.

It’s gonna be a sword user, Smash Bros barely has any sword users.  I can’t remember the last time they announced a sword user.  Smash bros has such a variety of weaponry, but do you know what they lack? Swords.  the most basic of basic character weaponry.  Swords damnit.

It genuinely makes me wonder how many of these pro-life protesters have to deal with crushing debt, poverty and working multiple jobs to feed 3 kids they were forced to have.

This may be an unpopular opinion but many of my Pro-life friends seem to be more Pro-birth instead of pro-life. Many arguments fall in the scope of “don’t do the deed if you can’t live with the consequences” which is woefully lacking in empathy IMO.  They just care that the mother gets their perceived “come-uppance”…

If I had the talent, I’d do it. Even if it were for a few months I’d get to work at a much deeper level than just mods with the support of the actual developer. If things didn’t work out I’d be able to tell my next employer that I did such good work as a modder, I got a job opportunity with them. If they asked why I…

If I were the modders, I’d jump in too. It’d be like getting paid to do something you were doing as a hobby. Worst case scenario you get out of there, best case you can get paid doing what you loved doing to begin with.

Yeah, you may have it ass backwards here. I applaud CDPR for making this move. Instead of, like other studios, crapping on their modding community they’re recognizing and embracing talent.  This is how you send a message to your modding community telling them you see and appreciate their work.
