I have a theory that people who were TF fans back in the day but haven't kept up with the franchise since look at old G1 toys and mistakenly think everything that was chrome was metal.

But Morrigan's not dumb either. She knows different things work for different people. Two of her official sprite alternate costumes are a black Chun-Li style dress or red leather pants with a white top.
