I'm assuming both that you have glaucoma which is affecting your vision and that you are incredibly high on your glaucoma medicine (which, by the way, is a four-game suspension.)

Have you been to Atlanta recently? This city is beautiful. I love it here.

Except for the part where you are completely wrong and full of shit.

I know it's fun to make fun of Atlanta's Olympics, but in terms of using their Olympic buildings, Atlanta actually did well. There are some unused facilities outside the city, but everything in the city was repurposed one way or another - Georgia State and Georgia Tech are using a lot of the Olympic buildings.

I haven't seen anyone answer your original question, so I thought I would give it a shoot. I am a lawyer, this is not legal advice and you, or anyone else reading this is not my client.*

It's not particularly nationalistic; tasteskindasalty is on point when he/she notes that American IP laws generally only cover American IPs and the citizens that produce them. They -can- be levied against citizens of other countries (and likewise citizens of other countries can levy the IP laws of their own nations

People born in North, middle and South America and all Americans. What you really mean is a Non-US citizen suing a US company in a US court regarding US law.

The game is published internationally... Yes, he can sue them.

Yep, we'd heard rumours that Unity featured a completely overhauled animation system, but seeing it in action... that's just awesome. I'm still not done with Black Flag yet, but with improvements like this I'm absolutely fine with buying Unity this year =)
