Yeah, you're completely talking out of your ass. Ghosts had a 68 Metacritic. BLOPS 2 had a 74. The only CoD games averaging 90 or above are MW 1 & 2. There is no reviewer conspiracy or incompetence or whatever you're implying, you just really want there to be one despite the data not supporting the theory at all.

I got a similar light a few years ago. Takes a bit to get adjusted to it, but once you do, you won't want to go back. It makes waking up so much more pleasant.

I guarantee you that's what the DA is waiting for, the guy's recovery, or (hopefully not), his death. There won't be a plea deal offered here, like some people here were suggesting because why should they? They have irrefutable evidence on video plus multiple witnesses and these scumbags history.

You're correct in that the DA is waiting to see what happens to the victim. If he dies it will more than likely be a manslaughter charge because that would be the easiest to prove versus a 2nd degree murder charge. If he lives it would most likely be Aggravated Assault - Serious Bodily Injury.

A lawyer friend once told me that when a person has multiple felony convictions and is facing more felony charges, they might as well just roll the dice and head to trial because they're fucked no matter what.

Yeah, no one is going to root a Moto 360. Hell, most people don't need to root their Android phones to get the most out of them. Most people actually get by fine without ever even changing the default ringtones and wallpaper on their iPhones or Samsungs.
