I agree with you. My rental properties aren't something a family of four on a fixed income would rent. I realistically only explore properties that cater to higher earners or vacation rentals. If the government is involved, I'm not.

I've averaged 12% for a decade through smart diversification and research. I will admit, it does help to have more money in this case.

Two things, one, I'm not a landlord, I own rental properties, big difference. I've never spoken to my renters once, I pay a company to do that.

$500,000 is high, but not that crazy high. I put about $3000 a month with my first house into an investment account with an average return off 12% annually and paid off my first house years ago that was around $240,000. Maybe you can't do $500,000 is 5 years, but there isn't any excuse that you couldn't do it in 8.

Or...you can just buy your home with cash. You know, something up until recently that everyone did. I've sold every house I've had for more than I bought it for, and I can usually get it sold in weeks. Don't be a slave to a landord and don't be a slave to a bank.

Wrong...wrong...and wrong again.

This is incorrect. You should not mortgage a home that you can't pay off in less than ten years. This is an asinine recent trend in the last two decades that needs to stop. I paid off my first home in five years. This is the way it should be, and realistically, you should be buying your home in cash (which is what

You realize that maintenance, insurance, and interest is included in the dollar amount you are renting right? I own rental properties, you honestly think I absorb those costs? Ha, don't be naive. I, like every landlord, pass those prices down to you. When your dishwasher breaks you better believe you are paying

Sigh, who cares. Same characters, same story, same rain, same night, same random cart. "Well the grass textures at high draw distances are sharper on the PC." Who the hell cares. Its the same game. When you're sitting in your living room enjoying this game you aren't going to care that it looks marginally better

I hate the decals and additions...but dare I say...it makes an ungodly boring care look better. That said, the car is still hideous.

At the end of the day, if you religiously defend a product you own realize that you're only doing it because of the financial burden you've placed on yourself to afford the luxury in your hand. It comes down to dollars and cents; you spent you hard earned money on an item and feel threatened when someone argues that

My gaming system is hooked up to the big screen in the living room while my PC is upstairs on my monitors. I prefer to play FPS games that way.

I had been reading a lot of good things lately about the Xbox One and ultimately decided to buy it over the PS4 (wife would only let me choose one, budgeting isn't fun). It sucks that I couldn't get both, and I really like the MLB The Show series on the Playstation, but I just felt the Xbox One better fit what I

If Michigan fans have any dignity and respect for their university, if Brady Hoke isn't fired by the Penn State game, they should boycott Michigan's next home game. Just don't show up, spend your Saturday evening elsewhere. For Hoke to completely ignore his injured players just shows how terrible a head coach he is,

This, plus some Nam Pla Prik, fuck it, I wouldn't know what to do with that much pleasure.

He may have grooved the pitch, and the throw home was soft, but really, who cares. Certainly not the Orioles. Its not like winning that game meant anything to them, their position in the postseason was already set. Quite frankly, even if it wasn't Jeter, why on earth would you want to get yourself into a long game

You have a typo in your first paragraph, it should read, "It doesn't have any ads yet."

Wood polish is only slightly more expensive as Gatorade and lasts exponentially longer. If you're really in a pinch to polish your furniture, I'd first ask myself why in the world I'm in a pinch to polish my furniture.

As a one time owner of a large Samsung phone, why in the world would you put it in your pocket while driving? That doesn't sound remotely comfortable.

There aren't that many football players that can go from 0 to full speed as fast as Hester. His talent is best on show when he's in the thick of it. He looks like he's going to get tackled and then all of the sudden he's five yard past everyone. As someone who followed the Bears in his earlier years, just looking
