I agree, but in baseball above all else, the manager is essentially useless. Determining when their pitcher is tired is 90% of their job.

I give Torre more props than Cox, just off number of World Series. You look at the Braves lineup, three Hall of Fame pitchers, a stacked offense, and all he accomplished was one World Series during a down year for several big name teams. Each time he went up against the Yankees he got crushed.
As a lifelong Braves fan I've always felt like Bobby Cox is one of the most overrated managers I can remember. You have three Hall of Fame (including one of the best of all time) pitchers, in their prime, in your rotation and you manage only one World Series. Most teams would be extremely lucky to just have two…
I wish I read this a couple months ago before someone dinged my car in a parking garage. Witnessing that fresh dent caused me to throw my hands up in the air and say, "F it!" My inner-OCD will never allow me to perfectly clean my car knowing that their is a noticeable imperfection on the outside.
4th and 18 and your two DBs are more concerned about getting the interception than winning the game. Obviously instincts can take over, but damn, game over if they don't try to get a notch in their stat sheets.
How many more explosions do we need to chronicle before at least one person raises their hand and acknowledges, "Hey, you know, all these explosions pretty much look the same."?
Remember when Cobb County residents complained that the TSPLOST would unfairly fund projects in central Atlanta and not benefit them enough. I do. Ha, good move ass holes, enjoy that Cumberland Clusterfuck.
More to the point, they're also the most Conservative. Trust me, I grew up in East Cobb, it's mostly middle class white people that think Obama is Kenyan. Have you ever met a Wealthy, Southern Baptist? Horror, the horror.
"We interrupt your episode of Campus Cops to bring you exciting PS4 news. We will follow the announcement with more Campus Cops, a marathon of World's Wildest Police Chases, followed by four episodes of Cops, then to round out your evening with a marathon of Jail."
He can sleep as much as he wants just as long as it's in a jail cell.
HA! You call that a wobble. Clearly you've never had a Comcast HD-DVR.
Personally, I still feel there is too much life left with my [crazy to say] last gen consoles. I just bought Far Cry 3, used, for $5. I still want to finish all the DLC for Fallout: New Vegas, and I have an interest in replaying the entire Mass Effect trilogy one more time. All of that, when considering the hours a…
No, please, tell me again why Trouble in Terrorist Town is fun. The first thousand Youtube videos didn't absorb me in.
I like how PC gamers are coming in discussing how it looks best of PC when really the first question they should be asking is why they bought a Call of Duty game on the PC.
Yet you keep replying; seriously, I have nothing better to do today, keep them coming. It's not like you can get dumber right? Wait...waaaaaaaait, can you?
You mean the fat one with sandals and cargo shorts; yeah, I think that fits the bill. Well, come to think of it, he's not wearing any socks, so, I dunno.
*cough cough*
Hey, no problem, this was definitely a beneficial experience for me; it always helps to understand someone's intelligence for future reference.
You can hate me all you want, but the PC as a gaming platform is a dieing breed. And it's not dieing in the sense of going away, it's dieing in the sense that it will eventually be absorbed into the overarching gaming pathos. There is a law of diminishing returns with processing power at the consumer level, and we…
The future of gaming, and computing, is cloud-based. This is fact. The rest can be debated, but without a doubt, the future will render an individual's processing power irrelevant. We will reach a point shortly, probably within the next decade, where the diminishing returns on new processing power renders improving…
